as we have discussed, i am offering my resignation as systems analyst, level 1. i want to make the resignation effective date as convenient for you as possible, but no later than march 1.

please consider this letter as my resignation from my position as office manager, effective march 1.

i will be leaving my position as general counsel on august 31.

after six long months of contemplation on my future advancement in hhh, i have decided to resign my geologist position, effective sometime in october–at your convenience. the decision has been quite difficult for me because i truly have enjoyed the relationships i’ve built here.

i offer my resignation as training coordinator with hhh. my last day will be march 1, unless you have a replacement who can assume the responsibilities sooner.

this new position will offer me the opportunity to travel overseas, an adventure i’ve looked forward to for sometime now.

at this point, i’m toying with the idea of turning one of my hobbies into a profit-making enterprise.

i plan to move back to the midwest to be near my elderly parents, who have had serious health problems the last year.

because of the increase in the size of my family and the rapidly increasing cost of living, i've found it necessary to seek other employment.

rush-hour traffic and my two-hour daily commute have become a growing frustration for me, and, therefore, i have located a position nearer my home that will allow me more time with my family.

frankly, i was deeply disappointed the vacancy of general manager was filled by someone from outside the company. through years of excellent performance appraisals, i was led to believe i was in line for that position. under the circumstances, i think you'll understand my decision to resign.

i have accepted a position with hhh as their director of marketing.

作为一种语言，它是沟通人们心灵的重要手段。而对于一门语言的学习，最重要的是开口说。因此，在课堂教学中，选择合适的语言练习方法就由为重要了。

英语在小学阶段是新增的一门课程，学生的学习兴趣都非常高。但我们在中国学英语而不是在美国或英国学英语，除了课堂上有限的时间以外，大多数学生很少利用时间来练习英语。同时也缺乏这样的语言环境，从而阻碍学生英语水平的提高。对于此种情况，教师要抓住课堂的每一分钟，进行语言练习。

由于学生存在着生理和心理的差异，自信心缺乏的学生，存在着心理障碍。所以，在开始，新的语言可通过全班活动来练习。全班活动能使儿童在集体活动中增强班级意识，同时使学生通过跟随全班活动增强自己学习运用英语的信心，不至于一开始就在全班同学面前显示出自己的不足，然后让学生逐渐参与两人一组活动和小组活动。全班活动主要用于听和重复语言这类活动，也可用于听、然后做活动来完成任务的活动。

“疯狂英语”的创始人李阳曾经说过：“英语是说出来的。”实际上，有许多学生就是怕开口，怕出错，课堂上如此，课后就难上加难了。因此在课堂教学中要注重每一位学生的学习自信心的培养。比如，一个简单的问题，可以找平时不敢开口的学生来回答；如遇到比较难的问题，可先让程度好的同学回答，再让程度较弱的学生重复，这样有利于提高这些学生学习英语的自信心。

学习英语一个重要的目的是运用英语进行交际，两人之间的交际是交际的重要形式。对话活动是最常见的两人活动。可以要求学生就某一话题、某一张图片、某一个人等进行一问一答形式的对话，也可以开展两人之间的讨论、辩论、商量等活动。两人活动可以以同桌，或前排的学生转身和后排的学生进行两人活动。

比如，我在讲授“travel”这一模块时，我提前让学生画了自己想去的地方，在课堂上先让他们用汉语来描述，然后教给学生“we’regoingtogoto…”这一句型，让学生两人一组进行对话练习。

这种活动形式是在多人之间进行的。可以要求学生根据课文中角色的数量分成小组进行课文对话，或者自编对话进行活动，也可进行讨论等。

比如，我们班学生人数较多，我开展了四人小组活动，这样即有利于开展活动，又有利于课堂秩序的协调。

做游戏是儿童的天性。让学生在自己喜爱的游戏中开展英语学习练习活动，将大大激发儿童学习英语的兴趣。

比如，我在讲授数字这一模块时，其中第二单元有一首歌。歌词中除了数字外，还有一些指令。我在教学生唱时，我边唱边做动作，学生也学着我的样子进行表演唱，这一节课下来，学生学得非常轻松，而且在活动中学到了应学的知识。

（一）教材分析《小水滴旅行记》这个故事运用了拟人化的手法，把小水滴从静态变成了能说会动幼儿喜爱的动态形象，叙述了小水滴从水——水蒸汽——水的变化过程，故事主题明确，通俗易懂，它既可以是一个故事，又可以改变成一个科学活动。

（二）目标定位结合大班的年龄特点，我从能力、认知、情感三方面提出了本次活动的目标：

1.理解故事的情节、内容、感受小水滴从水——水蒸气——水的变化过程。

2.能用语言或绘画的形式来表现小水滴旅行的过程。

3.愿意探索大自然的奥秘，激发孩子们探索大自然的兴趣。

（三）活动重难点大班幼儿的理解能力和模仿能力较强，语言发展比较好。本节活动的重点是理解故事内容，感受水的变化过程，难点是能够绘画并说出水滴的变化过程。

（四）活动准备为了使活动的趣味性、综合性、活动性协调统一，寓教育于生活情境、游戏之中，特做以下活动准备：与诗歌内容有关的课件；白纸每人一张、记号笔人手一支。

遵循“幼儿是通过自由观察，积极探索进行学习的”这一认知发展规律，为了给幼儿今后独立学习、独立思考奠定基础，本次活动运用的方法有：倾听表述法、视听讲结合法、运用这些教学方法交替使用，互相补充，配合生动的课件、教师亲切自然的激励性语言、自由宽松的学习氛围等，初步培养幼儿对文学作品的感受力、欣赏力和理解力。

本次活动，以新《纲要》为指导，从“理解——感受——体验”三大块，由浅入深，从理解到感受，使幼儿已有经验与新经验之间建立有机联系，让幼儿在互动式、开放式、直观式的教育活动中，自主地、能动地、创造性地学习。让孩子真正理解、并学会仿编，我将活动设计成了两大部分：

第一部分：幼儿通过直观的看、听、想，通过教师提问幼儿回答来理解故事的内容。

第二部分：根据故事内容以及课件，幼儿绘画出小水滴的旅行过程。

纲要中提出：“为幼儿创设展现自己作品的条件，引导幼儿相互交流，相互欣赏，共同提高，及满足他们交流成果的愿望。”因此，我请幼儿绘画小水滴的旅行过程时，让他们体验小水滴的变化过程，感受绘画的乐趣，画完以后对自己的画进行解说，锻炼幼儿的表达能力。

1、运用课件通过小水滴的旅行，感知水的变化过程，使抽象的东西变得生动形象。

2、不同的幼儿表现不同，能力也不同，在绘画这个环节中使每个幼儿都参与进来，大大程度上减少了幼儿的难度，使幼儿有满足感和自豪感。

附故事：《小水滴旅行记》

我是快乐的小水滴，我在一条小溪中，我和许多小水滴姐妹顺着水跑呀跑呀，汇成一条大河。

突然，我们一起从山上向下跌落，像一个大的水帘挂在山崖上，太阳照在我们身上，画出了美丽的颜色，我变得漂亮了。

我跌到山下的湖里，太阳照得我非常暖和，我觉得身体变轻了，变成水蒸气，不停地上升，上升~~我升得很高很高，和许多小水珠姐妹碰到一起，连成一片，地上的孩子说：快看，天空中有一朵朵云彩！

天空中很冷很冷，我们相互抱在一起，变成一个大水滴，从天空掉了下来，地上的孩子喊：下雨了，下雨了~~我和朋友们落到山下，落在田野里，落在江河中，小树苗被洗得干干净净，庄稼喝足了水，伸直了腰，小河高兴地唱首歌，大家都欢迎我！

我在小河里，和远方流来的河水朋友拉着手，我们穿上带着香味的花瓣衣服，一同欢乐地奔向大海。

我们又被太阳公公晒着，我们还会变成水蒸气升到空中，变成云彩，冷风吹到身上，我们还会变成雨点，或许变成冰雹、雪花向大地降落，我们又回到了小溪中。

活动目标：

1.理解故事的情节、内容、感受小水滴从水——水蒸气——水的变化过程。

2.能用语言或绘画的形式来表现小水滴旅行的过程。

3.愿意探索大自然的奥秘，激发孩子们探索大自然的兴趣。

活动过程：

一、导入师：小朋友们今天我们班来了很多客人老师，立正转过头向客人老师问好。

幼：goodmorning.

师：sitdown,ready?

幼：yes.

师：小朋友，你们喜欢旅行吗？今天我们班来了一位小客人—小水滴，它要带我们去旅行，你们想去吗？

过程师：那你们猜猜看它可能会先到哪旅行呢？

幼儿猜测师（放第一段动画）小水滴的家在哪？接着它和谁一起来到了哪？

幼儿回答师：小水滴旅行的第一个地方是大河，它说它还要继续旅行，那你来想想它接着可能去哪呢？

幼儿猜测师（放第二段动画）小水滴它来到了哪呀？

幼儿回答师：小水滴觉得还没玩够，还想接着旅行，它还可以去哪呢？

幼儿猜测师（放第三段动画）它旅行到了哪？这次呀小水滴身体发生了一些变化？小朋友你们发现了吗？

幼儿回答师：小水滴很开心，因为它飞上了天。你猜猜它还有可能去哪呢？

幼儿猜测师：现在我们一起来回忆一下小水滴都去了哪些地方旅行？在旅行中身体发生了哪些变化？

幼儿回答师：小水滴呀它去了太多的地方旅行，忘记了自己都去了哪些地方，想请小朋友们帮忙画张图让它想起来，你们愿不愿意呢？你会画些什么来提醒它呢？
