赛程：此次大赛分为初赛、复赛、决赛三个组成部分，采用分岗位竞争的形式。历时一个月左右。

赛制：

报名阶段：1、报名方式：院系推荐、网上自荐和摆展台现场报名。

2、简历整理：收取的简历按汇总之后按岗位设置进行分类评选。

初赛：1、简历筛选：由相关的人力资源专家和企业人事部的人员组成小组，进行简历的筛选。具体操作采用打分制，取平均分，按排名先后进入第二轮。

2、笔试：对参赛选手进行职业性向测试、素质测试和情商测试，进一步选出更优秀的选手进入复赛。

复赛：

1、 自我介绍：每位选手将有1.5—2分钟的时间进行自我介绍。

2、 结构化面试：每位选手将就比赛现场抽取的题号进行回答。

3、 情景化面试：此环节专业性最强，专家将根据选手的自身情况及现场表现进行现场即兴提问。

4、 无领导小组讨论：随机将选手分为两组，现场提供一个案例，进行讨论，十五分钟后将结果以宣讲的方式展示给评委和观众。

(二)比赛内容及形式

比赛内容：此次大赛复赛中将会分设四个岗位，分别为金融保险类、会计财政类、管理类(两个，其中一个要求中英文简历)，具体的岗位设置将会以企业为依托，寻求企业中真实的岗位，同时提供此岗位的工作说明书及相应的面试题库。而复赛中的一切环节都将据此而展开。

比赛形式：此次大赛采用逐轮淘汰制，而每轮又将采用打分制，选手将经过层层筛选进入最后的决赛。

1、 初赛：大家将收集的简历分组进行打分，根据分数的排名，每个岗位筛选出12人进入笔试，共计48人。

在笔试环节，选手将会接受一场45分钟的综合测试，专业人员会对结果进行测评、打分，最终决出8名选手参加复赛。

·大家将会对落选的参赛者给出反馈意见，分析出优势及劣势，提出良好的建议。

2、复赛：总分为四场，每次同时进行两场，历时两天。每场有一大一小两个比赛场地。大场地进行自我介绍、情景面试和无领导小组讨论的结果展示;小场地则包括结构化面试和无领导小组的讨论过程。届时，不同的评委将针对每一环节进行打分，现场公布每轮得分，综合分数将决定选手的排名。前3名进入决赛。

自我介绍：1.5分钟/每人。

结构化面试：6—8分钟/每人。选手将现场抽1—2题进行作答。此环节将在小场地即只有评委的状态下进行，意在给选手提供一个逼真的模拟场景。

情景面试：8分钟/每人。专业评委将对选手进行现场即兴提问。

无领导小组讨论：两个小组将会就一个案例进行15分钟的讨论，讨论过程在小场地，之后每组有15分钟陈述本方观点，形式不限。

评委点评时，工作人员进行计分，并将结果用大屏幕显示。

评选出决赛选手后，进行颁奖。

3、此次复赛各环节穿插进行，即第一位选手做完自我介绍就进入第二轮结构化面试，稍事休息，即接受情景面试。对于选手而言，整个比赛过程是连贯进行的，有助于感受真正招聘的气氛。

4、复赛之后，大家将及时对未进入决赛的选手进行细致的反馈，分析其个人表现，提出不足及改进之处;同时将为进入决赛的12名选手提供针对性的赛前培训。

5、决赛：总分为三场，每场同时进行四组，有自我介绍、压力面试、案例分析三个环节。每个环节将有评委打分，以累积分作为排名依据。

自我介绍：2分钟每人。

压力面试：3分钟每人。其目的是确定求职者对压力的承受能力、在压力前的应变能力和人际关系能力。

案例分析：10分钟每人。

观众参与：观众对选手提问，体现选手随机应变的能力。

大家将评出四个岗位的最适合人选。

(三)评分方法

1、初赛：大家将根据岗位设置把评审人员分为四个小组，每组由五人组成，每份简历将经过小组每个成员的打分，最后根据平均分对简历进行排名。

2、复赛：满分100分

结构化面试——30分

情景面试——40分

无领导小组讨论——25分

3、决赛：每轮淘汰

(四)获奖标准

1、复赛每场评出一、二、三等奖进入决赛，为其他选手颁发优秀奖。

2、复赛每场还会评出一个单项奖——“最具潜力奖”。

一份标准英文合同通常可以分为前言（preamble）、正文（operative part）、附录（schedule）及证明部分即结束词（attestation）四大部分组成。 前言（preamble）由“parties”及“recitals”两部分组成。
