x年即将过去，新的一年就要到来，在即将过去的一年里，通过自己勤恳工作，加上院、系领导的正确指导，各兄弟部门之间的相互协作，以及我系全体教师的共同努力，较圆满地完成了年初制定的各项教学工作和院里布置的各项任务，从而也使本人在各个方面得到了锻炼和提高。下面就我分管的教学工作总结如下：

一、常规教学运行正常，教学环节井然有序

根据教务处的通知，三系成立自查领导小组，传达教务处关于期中教学检查的相关事宜，按照要求布置好自查的工作流程。在各教研室自查的基础上，第十周开展了期中教学工作的系部抽查工作，有针对性的对教师的教学计划执行情况、备课、课堂教学、作业批改、课后辅导答疑、课堂考勤，实验实习和技能培养方案执行情况进行全面检查，通过检查我们了解到半学期来我系教师在教学过程中能严格遵循教学大纲的要求进行教学，教案、课件的准备及作业布置、批改，总体情况良好。(见统计表)

1、半学期来每位教师均能按教学大纲的要求安排教学内容，按教学周历安排教学进度。无教师私自调课、停课现象。

2、加强听课制度，老师间相互听课平均为6次以上。

3、各教研室定期开展教研活动，为了提高教师的授课水平，请教学效果好且有一定教学经验的老师上公开课、示范课，相互取偿补短 。教研室活动主题明确，内容丰富效果好，记录齐全。平均教研活动5次。

4、加强青年教师的帮扶工作，尤其是本年度的新教师，经系部统一安排，通过新老结对，按照课程大纲的要求，完成教材的梳理、规范备课流程、试讲、相互听课、评教评学等环节，到目前为止，2位新教师均已顺利过了教学关，且教学效果良好。

5、针对我系学生缺席迟到情况较严重的情况， 加强课堂考勤，要求每位任课教师每节课都要坚持考勤。并将班级学生的出勤情况及时反馈给相关班级的辅导员，对缺席、迟到学生进行批评教育。

6、加强师德建设。以学院师德建设规范为蓝本，以教研活动为师德建设交流与教育的载体，交流身边先进的教师和事迹，相互学习相互促进。

二、健全机制，促进专业建设的稳步发展

1、在计划基础上进一步修订10级人才培养方案，使之更加符合应用型人才培养要求，课程体系更加合理规范。

2、加强《计算机科学与技术》、《软件工程工程》两个自办专业的建设工作。

3、学期初，根据教务处的安排，对金属、材料、无机、软件工程、通信和电子信息六个专业参加本科专业合格评估工作做了部署，成立了以系主任为首的专业建设领导小组，对xx年评估未达标的以上六个专业进行自评，按照本科评估标准，软件工程、通信工程、材料成型和电子信息工程四个专业除专业主任之外无高级职称的教师，金属材料和无机非金属两个专业均有一名博士(以上专业均不包含外聘教师)。根据评价指标六个专业均为合格专业。并计划将计算机科学与技术专业作为院重点建设的遴选专业申报。

在课程建设方面我系也做了大量的工作，具体表现在：

1、课程建设大纲(理论课教学大纲、课程设计教学大纲和实验教学大纲)编制齐全，并计划在12月中旬组织专家进行审核。本学期重点加强自办专业的课程改革，继续将《c语言》和《单片机》这两门具有的代表课程在教学方法和考试方式上进行改革探索，以期达到预期的效果。并由此辐射其他专业课程的教学，从而提高课堂教学质量和学生对专业课的学习兴趣。同时已有三门课程《单片机》、《dsp》和《通信原理》进行教学改革立项申请。

2、为进一步提高我院学生计算机的应用能力，形成班级团结向上、互帮互助的良好学习氛围，计划自x级开始将与等级考试相关的课程成绩计算方法进行调整，将是否通过计算机等级考试纳入到相应课程考试成绩进行计算，对通过等级考试的同学采取一定的激励措施，以推动教学方式、教学方法的改革，激发学生的学习积极性和主动性，提高我院的人才培养质量，进而增强学生的就业竞争力。

3、第三批精品课程建设工作进展顺利，电子信息类计算机专业基础课程《c语言》和院公共基础课《vfp》已完成了计划中的相应工作和任务。并计划将《计算机基础》作为院重点建设的遴选课程申报。

4、各专业都有多个课程组，指定课程负责人负责该课程的质量监控，如：教材征订，课件制作，集体备课，课堂教学方法等。以确保该课程教学过程的规范和统一。

三、完善实验室建设，加强实践教学管理，提高科研能力

1、由于我系的专业特点，所以在实验室的建设和管理方面一直是我们的难点，但通过努力，学期初在教务处领导的大力支持和关怀下，顺利完成了光纤通讯实验室建设。并计划对单片机实验室进行设备的更新维护。申请计划书已报教务处审核。

2、在实验指导人员配备不足的情况下，大部分实验室在实验前均能做好实验准备工作，设备摆放整齐、干净，设备完好率在80%以上，实验记录完整，每门课程均有实验指导书，实验大纲齐全，考核方式灵活多样。

3、加强对开放实验室的管理工作，继续聘请部分专业教师参与实验室管理。

4、加强对技能培养方案执行情况的监督和检查，确保实践教学保质保量的完成，真正达到提高学生实践能力的目的要求。

5、加强对xx年评估未合格实践课程的监管，力争使实验开出率达到100%，综合性设计性实验的比例有所提高。

6、完成了x届毕业生的毕业设计安排工作，且毕业设计的课题审核已经结束，前期的调研和分析已经开始。

7、各项研究工作进展顺利，到目前为止，我系正在进行的项目有：省教改项目1项、省大学生创新项目2项，院精品课程2项、院级科研项目4项、院级教改项目3项、市科研项目1项，社会科技服务项目多项，校企合作单位10多家。均按照原目标计划的要求顺利进行，并取得了预期的成果。

四、本人教学、科研情况

1、在教学中能够做到应用科学有效的教学方法、现代化教学手段、灵活多样的教学模式和教、学相长的教学理念组织课堂教学。课前充分准备，课堂游刃有余。通过学生反馈，教学效果较好。

2、科研方面：本人主持并参与的个省级教改课题和《c语言程序设计》院级精品课程正在建设之中，且进展顺利。

五、存在问题和努力方向

在教学工作中还存在着一些有待解决的问题：如何进一步提高教师的专业基本技能、如何提高英语四级通过率、如何提高科研能力，以科研促教学等等。本人因性格比较急噪，有时对问题考虑的不够周全，故给工作带来了一定的影响。

计划在以后的工作中将继续努力，不断学习，提高自身工作能力，协助路主任加强对本系教师的教育和管理，严把教学质量关。虚心向兄弟系部学习，取长补短，努力把工作做的更好。
