对于IE工时培训心得体会如何写一

本课有五部分内容。

第一部分是复韵母ie、üe，特殊韵母er。随之出现的是整体认读音节ye、yue及er的四声。特殊韵母er可以单独为汉字注音，不与任何声母相拼。每个韵母均配有一幅插图，分别为椰树、月亮、耳朵，用以提示字母的读音。

第二部分是声母与üe的拼音练习。j、q、x与üe相拼时，ü上两点省略，变成jue、que、xue。

第三部分是看图拼读音节词语。一幅图中，有四个音节词语，含有韵母ie、üe、er。

第四部分是看图借助汉语拼音读句子。句子表述了图意，启发学生开展有益的课外活动。句子中有四个要认识的字。

第五部分是一首儿歌，配有图画。儿歌中有要认识的四个汉字。

ie、üe、er的发音、声母与üe组成音节的拼读以及认字是本课教学的重点。er的发音是难点。

（一）字母教学和整体认读音节教学

复韵母ie、üe的教学，要把握读音上的难点，注意提示发音要领：先发i（或ü）音，紧接着发ê音，而不是e音。

整体认读音节ye、yue的教学可以与复韵母ie、üe的教学结合进行，区别比较。ie和ye读音相同，ie是韵母，e前是小i；ye是整体认读音节，e前是大y。üe和yue读音相同。üe是韵母，yue是整体认读音节。y和üe组成音节时，ü上两点省写。

整体认读音节ye、yue的四声教学可以通过找同音汉字帮助学习。

er的发音，可以借助手势（手伸平，四指上翘，表示卷舌）帮助发音。了解er不能与任何声母相拼，只能单独为汉字注音的特殊性。可以借助口语中的“儿、耳、二”等字音帮助读准er的音。

复韵母ie、üe、特殊韵母er在书写时，字母间要靠紧一些。

（二）拼音教学

练习拼音时，要注意由易到难。先学习声母n、l与复韵母üe的拼音。要注意区别鼻音n和边音l。可以扩展练习n、l与ie的拼音。再学习j、q、x与üe相拼的音节。可鼓励学生大胆实践，发现拼读的规律：小ü见到j、q、x，擦掉眼泪笑嘻嘻。

拼音练习中，要给学生充分的学习时间，可以安排小组合作学习、在游戏中拼读，激发学生自主练习拼读的兴趣。

学习看图拼读音节时，可先指导看图，说说：图上有什么？老爷爷在干什么？在说话时引出音节。如，学生说：“老爷爷戴着耳机听音乐。”教师可随机出示音节：ěr jī。

（三）认读字词，读句子、儿歌

识字教学要结合语言环境随句子、儿歌进行，并尽可能与熟字连成词，通过读词语加深记忆。如，家（大家、画家）；河（小河、河水）。

句子中，每个音节都学过，要放手让学生自己拼读，要求把句子读正确。学生自读后，可以汇报的形式展示读句子，师生共同评价。

诵读儿歌时，要求结合儿歌的语境帮助识字，同时巩固复现的复韵母和学过的音节。

儿歌中共有四个要认识的字：“月儿”的“儿”：“儿”的读音和“子”一样，单独出现或在词头读“ér”，如，儿童、儿女。在词尾读轻声，如，“花儿、鱼儿、月儿”。“大河”的“河”、“学校”的“校”，可以用扩词的方式，丰富学生的词汇。此外，还有一个“入”字。

（四）扩展活动

1．比一比，读一读。

教学本课可用2课时。

（一）看图说话，认读正音

如，教学复韵母ie。出示椰树图，让学生说说图上画的是什么。若学生不能正确回答，教师可以告诉学生这是椰树。

学生说话过程中，教师随机正音，并出示复韵母ie。教师示范读音，学生模仿。注意提示发音要领：先发i音，紧接着发ê音，而不是e音。

出示ye。学生认读。与ie比较学习。

出示ye的四声，学生认读。找相对应的汉字。

（二）重点指导特殊韵母

1．游戏导入：比一比，谁最灵。

教师说“眼睛、鼻子、眉毛、额头、耳朵”，学生用手指点，看谁的动作又快又正确。最后点到耳朵，告诉学生耳朵的“耳”的第一声就是er的读音。教师示范读音，学生模仿，配以手势。

2．告诉学生er不能与任何声母相拼，只能单独为汉字注音。

3．读准er的四声。er有哪些汉字朋友呢？（儿童的“儿”、月儿的“儿”、而且的“而”、一二一的“二”、鱼饵的“饵”）

（三）拼读练习，游戏激趣

二人小组学习。先两人分工，分别扮演声母和韵母，看课件说：我是声母n，我是韵母üe，拉起手来就是音节nüe；再小组汇报表演；最后教师指名学生上台表演拼读游戏。

复韵母ie、üe、特殊韵母er的发音方法发ie时，由发i开始，接着发ê，口腔半开，中间气不断。ie中的e读音与单念的e不同，这里的e念ê，口半开，嘴角展开，舌尖抵住下齿背，舌头靠前，嗓子用力。发üe时，由ü开始然后向ê滑动，口形由合到半开，中间气不断。这里e也念ê。发er时，e表示发音时舌头的位置，r表示卷舌动作。在发出单韵母e的同时，把舌头卷起来对着硬腭，就成了er。
